Residential Architectural Design

This home was designed for a builder for his personal home. A small home previously existed on the property, which was remodeled & lived in during construction of the house. It’s connected to the main house by a sun room, and once the main house is complete the original house will be used as a guest house.

The owners are of Portugese descent, which played a role in the design of the house as they wanted the house to have a european feel to it. The roofing used is slate-like asphalt shingles over a steeply pitched roof, with stucco siding. A stone-wrapped entry tower compliments the 3 stone chimneys.
