Front Elevation
The existing house is a side-to-side builder’s spec house built in the 1950′s. While in fairly good condition, it is also dated and in need of updating. A larger kitchen/breakfast area was desired, as well as a bigger family room & a master bedroom suite.
The solution was to build (2) additions to the rear of the house which enlarged the house on both levels. A 1 story addition was also built to the side of the house which created an additional garage bay.
All exterior materials were removed & replaced with low maintenance materials, such as asphalt shingle roofing, fiber cement siding, PVC trim & synthetic decking.
