I found Brad DeMotte to be an excellent architect. He was very responsive to questions and helped me find solutions to design and construction issues. He also made suggestions to make the building more economical and functional. Most important he made it possible to obtain realistic construction costs because the building specifications were clear. I would highly recommend Mr. DeMotte to anyone in need of an architect.
